Arms and Chest exercises are my favorite, as they probably are for most people, maybe because arms and chest are the parts most guys show off. (but that's just a theory). These exercises are going to help you get rid of underarm flab and build a strong upper body fast.

Les Whitley is director of Velocity Sports Performance in Franklin, Tenn. He has a degree in exercise science and has earned certifications from the National Strength & Conditioning Association, American Council on Exercise and American College Sports Medicine.
Over the past 18 years, Whitley has trained both professional and amateur athletes. Before coming to Velocity, Whitley was a program director for the General Motors Health & Fitness program. He is also a former ISKA kickboxing champion and Scottish Highland Games competitor.
