How To Build Muscle Mass Fast

Forget everything you've ever heard about bodybuilding. "Why", you ask? Because there are only 3 essential things that you need to understand in order to learn how to build muscle mass fast.

First and formost, you gotta be determined and disciplined in order to finish a workout program.

Not to mention, if you have bad eating habits, you should change to proper nutrition, an extensive strenght training "bodybuilder's" program, and lots of rest. Sounds like alot of Easy Fun Stuff, right? Good! so, just keep focused, keep reading and you'll be on your way to massive muscles quick.

Your Body's Nutrition

Did you know that when bodybuilding, your nutrition comes first and the training second?

I'm not kidding. Proper nutrition and the right intake of proteins, carbs, fats, and water will greatly influence your weight gaining efforts. If you get Anything from this quick read, remember this > Unless you change your eating habit into a nutritional "bodybuilder's" diet, your strenght training program will never work.

If for some reason you find it extremely difficult to change your conventional habit of eating, start small!

Week 1 - No more soft drinks

Week 2 - No more fast food

Week 3 - No more midnight snacks... and so on, until it becomes a new eating habit.

I recommend that instead of starving yourself for hours and eating meals in large amounts, you can eat small-frequent meals. ie. Breakfast, Healthy Snack, Lunch, Healthy Snack, Dinner (2 hours before bed) This helps boost your metabolism and keeps it running throughout the day.

Some people need to feel a sense of accomplishment in order to continue doing something so if you'd like, I suggest you keep track on the things that you eat and stopped eating. You can do this for a week and every week have a new goal.

Muscle Fitness Programs

I understand that most people need guidance through this life-changing process, so a muscle fitness program would definitely be helpful to some, but not all. I enjoy working out at home with my own workout equipment, at my own pace, with my own program, (ie. Iron-gym, Bodylastic resistant bands + some gym time) but I know not everyone will enjoy that or know how to create their own workout design, so that's why finess programs exist.

They will help increase the chances of actually building muscle for those who need the extra push, and guidance in the right direction. Don’t settle for just exercises that you can only do at the gym, that's not enough.

There are program out there whose primary goal is either help you lose weight or build muscle mass - either way, they'll both help you get fit. However, you need to figure out which one you'll need, but I'm assuming you want to gain muscle, being that you're at 2BuildMuscles.com right?

Ok, let's continue...

Usually, workout schedules only consist of 3 or 4 days a week. But if you want to see results within a month, there is no reason why you can't workout everyday, but let your muscles rest. Don't workout the same areas 2 days in a row.. that's no good.

Remember, once you have a plan, stick to it. I don't suggest you let a day go by without working out. Even 10 minute calisthetics (ie. push-up, sit-ups, pull-ups) in the morning would do the trick. This gets your heart rate up, blood pumping, and body burning fat early in the day when it's more effective. One more thing, stick to the tried and tested, basic compounds of exercises and movements.

Rest Is Needed

After an extensive workout at home or at the gym, your muscles need some rest, and they need it bad. Did you know that muscle growth does not happen at the gym or during your workout? The pump you get is only temporary and the real growth occurs while you're resting.

When weight lifting, your muscles extend and fibers are torn apart. The reason why your muscles become stronger and bigger is because of the repair process that comes after the torn fiber within the muscle.

Sleeping is the best remedy for torn muscles. Seven to eight hours of sleep is good enough rest for muscle repair. Remember that resting is more important than what you do inside the gym because the 'real' growth happens when you rest, so never extend the hours at the gym for better results.

You just learned how to build muscles mass fast.. no go do it!
